Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required upon scheduling, and your card will be held on file for the appointment. This deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferred if you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
If you cancel between 48-24 hours before your appointment, you forfeit your deposit, and your card will automatically be charged 50% of the total fee.
If you cancel within 24-2 hours of your appointment, you forfeit your deposit, and your card will automatically be charged 75% of the total fee.
If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment, or if you “no-show” (no text, no call, no email, no communication) you will forfeit your deposit, and 100% of the total fee will automatically be charged from your card on file.
I understand that emergencies happen, and will be as flexible as I can be. If there is a true emergency, and your card is charged, please contact me and I will review the appointment and consider a possible partial refund.
Please do your best to plan accordingly, to avoid paying cancellation fees for services you didn’t end up getting.
